They have perfumes that are authentic. However it’s the communication, speed of delivery, and accuracy of the product is my issue. I understand Covid has been a set back for production for FOUR months of preorder . But when you say your ready to get back with production, I should expect the right product of what I ordered. It looks like random stuff was just thrown in my box. Now of course the communication shouldn’t be ONLY email especially when you have over a thousand customers. Of course the email you will write to me is just to return it and I have to wait because the perfumes I was suppose to get in the FIRST place is back ordered. So I have wait like 7 months for one package that was an error on your part. The communication needs to be better and the production should temporarily hold on people ordering perfumes until you can produce the product. I understand Covid set things back but like come on , take a moment and get your company in order first and then have customers place orders.

Love the perfume but shipping with Fedex Smartpost will be their downfall. Look, I know this is supposed to be CHEAP perfume but I don’t order cheap. I’ve always bought 3 or more at a time. With that being said you think the process in which these products are delivered would hold a little more accountability on somebodies end. Smartpost is where packages go to die. They go all around the world, they scan when they want to, don’t scan when it’s convenient and say they’ve delivered when they don’t. If the last thing happens it’s YOUR loss. Meanwhile somebody at fedex is smelling REALLY nice with what you paid for. Dossier doesn’t care if the product gets to you. They only care to get a tracking number to prove it left their building. Better luck ordering from China.

Will definitely order again.

I have to disagree with a lot of the reviews here; my experience with Dossier was great! I ordered 5 perfumes and returned 3. I just didn't like those scents in the end. But the two I kept are fantastic, and I saved over $200 off of the name-brand versions.
That being said, the initial shipping did take about a week. It was free, so I can't complain too much about that. They give you 30 days to try the perfumes, and you return any you don't like for a full refund. I printed my shipping label but had a question about the return process, so I reached out to customer service after hours one evening. They got back to me promptly the next morning. I also reached out to them about my eventual refund, which was taking a long time to process, and they solved my issue within half an hour. Could things move a little smoother? Maybe. But their customer service team was top-notch each time.
Look, if you'd rather spend hundreds on designer label perfumes, go for it! But the quality of Dossier's perfumes is great, so I'll gladly wait a bit longer for shipping and returns in exchange for the savings.

If you have allergies, DO NOT BUY. makes me sneeze. Also just smells cheap.

Excellent scents, horrible service

Excellent scents. FedEx SmartPost will be the end of them tho. Horrible delivery service, and the customer service attitude is even worse.

Not worth the money!

First I would like to give them credit on some of the fragrances smelling like the original fragrances, but do they last long? No! They last no longer than 10 to 15 minutes on my skin and my skin is very hydrated and I moisturize as well. I had leaky bottles and stained boxes from the fragrances. I sent pictures and still nothing. Before anyone waste their money on these products please just go to your favorite department store or online however you make purchases and just buy the original fragrance. Even if you have to buy a fragrance or two, once a month. Dossier is a complete RIP OFF:-( And for Peet’s sake these Youtube reviewers need to stop hyping up these fragrances, just because you received them for PR..tell the truth! Others have to pay for this scam, you received the scam for free.

Fragrances good, Processes not so much

The fragrances are good. Customer service is trying... but there are some really big annoyances with this company.
- Returns: when you return, you have to track it yourself and reach out to customer service when you notice it’s been delivered to them. Otherwise it will just sit there and no one will refund you. This has happened to me twice, and after I reached out they processed it immediately. I think this is because your returns don’t go to Dossier, but instead they go to a company called Give Back Box who recycles the package. Which is nice in theory but comes at a cost to their return processing.
- Shipping: SOOOO SLOW. Your package will sit at a FedEx location for a week or more before anything moves. This is partially/mostly a FedEx issue, so I wish they’d stop working with them and just ship via USPS or UPS. I’m on my third order with them and it has happened every time. The package is sitting at a FedEx location in PA and is “pending” and has been for 5 days.
- Fragrances are quite nice, so the product itself is good. They just really need to improve on their shipping and returns processes.
- Customer service has responded very quickly to me when I’ve reached out, even on weekends. So I realize it’s not their CS agents’ fault but whoever is in charge really needs to make some changes in how they process returns and who they partner with for shipping.

Ok products, poor customer service

Their perfumes quality are ok. However, the customer service quality is bad. It really frustrates me just to exchange emails with dossier. Return/ exchange policy is lengthy and slow. Free return/ exchange is a gimmick. They only allow 1 return/ exchange per order.
Their poor customer service makes me angry, disappointed and frustrated at the same time. I’ll probably not order more products from them because of the poor shopping experience.

YSL BLACK OPIUM DUPE

Item purchased: Floral Vanilla

Dossier makes perfumes that smell like expensive name brands like Chanel, YSL, Jo Malone, etc. They have male and female scents! It's super affordable, $30 a bottle and smells almost exactly the same. Something is a tiny bit different but still smells very similar and very nice.

SHIPPING: took a week to arrive

QUALITY: the balance of the scents in the floral vanilla are not overpowering but still strong and perfumes you with one spray.

OVERALL: I haven't tried their other scents, but there is a very generous return policy and a tester spray bottle so you can always send it back with full refund guaranteed.

Give it a try! I love Fruity Magnolia.

I see the bad reviews about the customer service but I wanted to share my experience. I haven’t had to deal with customer service or anything but I ordered the fruity magnolia perfume about 2-3 days ago and it’s here already. The smell is identical to the one they compare it to and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I already have a friend ordering from them and I will continue to order more from them as well. They send a sample to see if you like it first and if not you send it back will a full refund! I spent $38 (shipping included in that price). That beats the $70 I’d normally spend!

Really bad service

I ordered 3 bottles didnt get a discount i looked all over the web to get a number to contact them it is not a number they email u a generic response that they send everyone.I got a arrival date never got my package and then it changed to no arrival date and im still waiting dont fall for the scam

Dossier has the worst customer service

Dossier has the worst customer service. When they shipped they use FedEx. When my package was lost, I contacted them. They refused to file a claim instead asking me to do it by myself. They don’t want to take responsibility for the lost package that they shipped. After FedEx located my package and I requested return label. Their system sent me USPS First Class label for the $102 package. I dropped it off on 12/30, and the estimated delivery was 01/04. However, USPS lost my package or the package was delivered without scanning ( this happened to me with ATT trade-in Iphone, that USPS delivered without scanning, and I figured out when ATT sent me email confirmation they received it). So I contacted them about refund of the return package, and they refused refund me because the package is still in transit. They said they don’t have any control of the package after they shipped it, so do I have any control after I dropped it off at USPS? Even though the USPS shows USPS in possession of item, Arrived at USPS facility. Dossier refused to help or refund at all when their is a problem with your package so stop supporting them. You don’t know they received the package or they are lying because they saw the tracking isn’t moving. They even increased the price after they saw an increase orders by someone posted a review and recommended their perfume in a group. Their perfume does not stay long at all. It only lasts 3-4 hours. With the price and worst customer service, I rather buy the perfume at Target. I decided to file a case with Federal Trade Commission and dispute with my credit card. They do not have profile on Better Business Bureau at all. So if you want to report them, go to FTC.

Risk-free purchase is a scam

Risk-free purchase is a scam. They provide the return shipping label and when USPS loses the package, Dossier WILL NOT refund you, even though they are the ones who should be filing an insurance claim with USPS. For this reason I am out over $100 in returned merchandise never refunded through no fault of my own. Despicable behavior from a business.
